Once upon a wintry autumn Melbourne Sunday, a Jelly Bean took his mother to the Newzeem (Museum).
They first visited the Jelly Bean's Uncle Abum's new house.
Then they caught the train. Then they walked a little bit. Then they played in the leaves.
They saw some dinosaurs. Played outside. Saw a welcome film from the Wurundjeri People, amongst others.
They caught a red tram. For ages. Then another train.
The Bean fell asleep in the car on the way home while the Mama sang Lily Allen songs.
It was lovely.
And the Jelly Bean's mum did absolutely no homework, no marking, no reports.
It was all about throwing leaves and dinosaurs and trains and red trams. 3 year old heaven!
Things The Bean has said:
Me: Do you want to call Ninna and Papa and tell them about your visit to the Newzeem?
TB: No, please.
Me: Are you sure? You could tell them about your new Brachiosaurus.
TB: No please, Mama. I'm just a bit busy playing with my cars.
